Dr. Prakash Raj Pandeya received his Ph.D. from Wonkwang University (South Korea) in 2020. Now he is working as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Department of Animal and Food Science, University of Kentucky under the guidance of Dr. Rachel Schendel. His research projects are related to the analysis of carbohydrates in hempseed cell walls. Besides research works, he has an interest in traveling, writing literature, and meditation.
