Animal and Food Science

Brynn is a senior that has been working as a research assistant in Dr. Schendel’s lab since the summer of 2022. Her passion for food science is the main driver in expanding her knowledge and experience within the field. She is looking forward to continuing her education and further contributing to our understanding of food science. In addition to research, Brynn also enjoys fitness, music, hiking and animals.
